This section of the Site is addressed to students, teachers and school directors
interested in the use of new technologies in education, from primary
school to University. The Site aims at being a means of spreading
computer science solutions, developed thanks to the aid of a personal computer,
and is proposed as a meeting point for discussing esperiences on the field.
The VOICE project for Education is to be considered as an horizzontal
project, throught the different aspects of the VOICE Projects, in order to
underline the themes related to education, with particolare attention to the
information addressed to the students with disabilities, in particular
those with hearing impairment, on which the Project concentrates
most of its resources.
Several presentations and tests of the subtitling prototype
have been organised both at School and University, reaching significant and
encouraging results.
Also Sport is considered, on its training and pedagogic points
of view.
A Decalogue proposes a list of suggestions aimed ad facilitating
the communication between hearing and hearing impaired people, in several
activities fields.
