Giacomo Pirelli: Kites' festival in Cervia
I went to see kites' festival with my parents at the beach in Cervia from
25th to 28th April 2002.
We passed beautiful, sunny and windy days.
There were many kites' lovers that were flying their kites with the participation
of many spectators.
We saw beautiful kites that assume various animal shapes. There were also
Japanese kites and we attended many festival's shows as Bukkake (battle between
kites).
Then we greeted the multiple kites world champion Ray Bethell who became deaf
many years ago. He is very expert and kind.
We met the television announcer Maria Teresa Ruta and her daughter Guenda.
