The questionnaire asks for experiences of users who have a disability or who are experienced in the field. Only those should be taken into account who are experienced in using or applying speech input technology or took part in training organised by the VOICE staff (at least half an hour with the system after the training period).
The questionnaire should be sent to people working in the field (who have been in the meetings and also others).
The users should fill in the questionnaire or the trainer (staff) asks the questions. Additionally notes should be taken by the VOICE staff in training sessions or at any other occasion. Most specific problems and wishes will come out of open discussion and questions and therefore the quality of information highly depends on the staff observing the process or asking the questions
The followings groups of questions are part of the questionnaire:

• different areas of questions:
• personal data and experiences
• estimation of one owns work efficiency
• estimation of the quality of the MMI
• estimation of the recognition quality and
• process in general and product components
• estimation of the application for people with
• disabilities and future useage
• multiple choice on problems, help and wishes of change for control and quantification of importance

Target group:

• experienced users with disabilities of speech recognition sofware;
• users with disabilities who did a training and worked at least half an hour with one speech recognition system;
• non-disabled users and experts with experiences in supporting people with disabilities
